No. The program is open to any US Person who is at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. However, you will only be able to use non-winning New Hampshire Lottery tickets purchased in New Hampshire to earn points.
You will also only be able to redeem any rewards you acquire at NH Lottery retailers.
