What happens if I lose connection or my e-Instant game freezes during play?

If a game experiences issues that prevent the entire game from being completed on the screen and the game had a winning prize, the prize is still added to your account. All previously played games can be viewed via replay. Any game played, whether it was played through mobile or desktop can be viewed through replay.
