Who can participate in Subscription Play?

You must be 18+ and in New Hampshire to make a deposit, purchase and play iLottery.  Players should use their existing NH iLottery account or register for a new account. All terms of service for iLottery apply to the Subscription program.  You must have and use a debit card for Subscription Play.

If you sign up for a Subscription and leave the state, you must verify by geolocation in the state of New Hampshire within 12 months of purchase. This means returning to New Hampshire and logging into your NH iLottery account. If you do not return within 12 months, your subscription will be cancelled.
