Can I enter if I’m not a New Hampshire resident?
Yes, as long as you are a U.S. resident, 18 or older, and have a valid My603Rewards account. Tickets must be purchased in New Hampshire.
How many tickets can I scan per day?
You can scan up to 25 non-winning $20 Double Your Million! (#1591) tickets per day (12:00:00AM – 11:59:59PM)
Do I need to keep my physical tickets after scanning them?
No. You do not need to keep your tickets after they’ve been successfully scanned.
Can I mail in tickets instead of scanning them?
No. Only entries submitted through the NH Lottery mobile app are eligible. Mail-in entries are not accepted.
Will my entries from the previous version of My603Rewards (pre-July 1, 2025) carry over into the updated app?
Yes! Entries submitted prior to the launch of the enhanced NH Lottery Mobile app (July 1, 2025) are in your account. You may find them in your Second Chance Entries section.
When is the Grand Prize Drawing?
The Grand Prize Drawing will be announced when the final top prize is claimed for $20 Double Your Million (#1591) or the game is closer to being fully sold. Many retail locations post the percentage sold on their Lottery displays. Further once a date has been announced, players will have 30 days to enter their remaining tickets. The date of the Grand Prize Drawing will be on the NH Lottery website, in the weekly e-newsletters, posted on social media pages and on the bottom of draw game tickets.
What happens if I scan the same non-winning ticket twice?
Each valid ticket will only receive one entry. If you attempt to scan the same non-winning ticket again, you will see a notification stating the ticket has already been entered and will not earn additional entries. Only unique ticket entries are valid.
Can I win both a $10,000 Drawing and the Grand Prize?
Yes! Winning a $10,000 prize in Drawing 1 and/or 2 does not disqualify you from winning the Grand Prize. All entries carry forward and remain eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing.
Does the number of tickets I enter improve my odds of winning?
Drawings 1 and 2 are limited to one entry per player, regardless of how many tickets you’ve submitted. You can enter up to 25 tickets per day into the Grand Prize Drawing. The more entries you have, the more chances you have to win.
How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners are contacted using the information in their My603Rewards account—by email, phone, and/or physical mail. Make sure your contact details are up to date, so you don’t miss a prize notification.
What if I miss the notification or don’t respond in time?
Winners must complete a claim form within 30 days. If you don’t complete your claim in time, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner, and you’ll forfeit the prize. If this happens you will be informed by mail and will not be responsible for any taxes on the prize. However, we make every effort to contact winners, through every channel we can.
I don’t have a smartphone, can I enter on the website or mail in my tickets?
Second Chance Drawings are a feature of My603Rewards and exclusive to the NH Lottery mobile app. Tickets cannot be entered through the website or by mail.
