Mobile Phone
Step 1
Sign in using the icon in the upper-right portion of your screen. Select Sign In from the menu and enter your New Hampshire iLottery account credentials.
Step 2
Select My Account.
Step 3
Select your name to view your account details.
Step 4
Select CHANGE next to password.
Step 5
Type in your current password. Then, type in your new password and click SUBMIT.
Step 6
For your security, you will need to verify your request to change your password. Check your inbox for an email from NH iLottery containing a 6-digit code. Enter this code in the provided field and click NEXT.
Note: If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, click the Resend Code link. You may also need to check your junk/spam folder.
Step 7
Once your password has been successfully updated, you will see SUCCESS on the screen. Select OK on the confirmation screen. You will now use your new password whenever you log into your account.
Desktop Computer
Step 1
Click Sign In in the upper right of your screen. Enter your New Hampshire iLottery account credentials to access your NH iLottery account. Select Hi, (your name) to expand the navigation menu.
Step 2
Select My Account.
Step 3
Select your name.
Step 4
Select CHANGE next to password.
Step 5
Type in your current password. Then, type in your new password and click SUBMIT.
Note: You can select SHOW to see the password you are entering.
Step 6
For your security, you will need to verify your request to change your password. Check your inbox for an email from NH iLottery containing a 6-digit code. Enter this code in the provided field and click NEXT.
Note: If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, click Resend Code. You may also need to check your junk/spam folder.
Step 7
Once you see this screen, your password has been successfully changed. Select OK to go back to using iLottery.
