How to Update Personal Details
You can update any of your personal details or password through the My Account menu. Depending on what needs to change, the process varies slightly. For example, changing your password does not require verification of personal documents, but you will need to complete Two Factor Authentication (2FA). If you need to change your last name, additional documentation is needed, and the timeline for approval takes longer due to a compliance check to verify your identity.
Select the type of device you're using below for the proper guide:
Mobile Phone
Step 1
Sign in using the icon in the upper-right portion of your screen. Select Sign In from the menu and enter your New Hampshire iLottery account credentials.
Step 2
Select My Account.
Step 3
Select your name to view your account information.
In the following section, you can choose to update:
How Do I Change My Email, Password, or Phone Number?
Step 1
Select CHANGE next to Email, Password, or Phone Number.
Step 2
Type in your current password, then enter your new password and click SUBMIT.
Step 3
A 6-digit 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) code will be sent to the email associated with your account. Enter the code in the provided field and click SUBMIT.
Note: If you do not receive the 2FA email, check your spam folder. If you still do not have the code after waiting a few minutes, contact iLottery support.
Step 4
Success! Your password has been updated, and you can use it to log in next time. Click OK to return to iLottery.
How Do I Change My First Name or Last Name?
Step 1
Select CHANGE next to First Name or Last Name. Note: If you misspelled your name or used a casual version (e.g., Bob instead of Robert), you can contact the iLottery Player Support Center rather than following the steps below.
Step 2
Follow the instructions in the pop-up that appears. Read the instructions and click UPLOAD DOCUMENTS.
Step 3
Click Add New and upload a copy of your valid government-issued ID and a government-issued name change document. Click SUBMIT once all documents are uploaded.
Step 4
That’s it! Please note that it can take up to two weeks to verify your documents. Once the name change is complete, you will receive an email notifying you that your account has been updated.
How Do I Change My Address, City, or Zip Code?
Step 1
Select CHANGE next to Address, City, or Zip Code.
Step 2
Enter your new information, in this case, your new street address, and select SUBMIT to confirm the changes.
Step 3
Select OK on the success confirmation screen, and you're done!
How Do I Change the State Abbreviation in My Address?
Step 1
Select CHANGE next to State.
Step 2
Read the instructions in the pop-up that appears and then click UPLOAD DOCUMENTS.
Step 3
Click Add New and upload one of the following documents issued in the last 90 days that includes your full name and the updated address:
- Utility bill
- Financial account statement
- Paystub
Then click SUBMIT.
Step 4
That’s it! Please note that it can take up to two weeks to verify your documents. Once the State abbreviation change is complete, you will receive an email letting you know your account has been updated.
Desktop Computer
Step 1
Sign in and select your name to open the Account Menu.
Step 2
Select “My Account” from the drop-down menu.
Step 3
Select your name on the Account Menu.
