How do I pull a single W-2G?

Select the type of device you're using below for the proper guide:


Mobile Phone

Step 1

Sign in using the User Icon icon in the upper-right portion of your screen. Select Sign In from the menu and enter your New Hampshire iLottery account credentials.

Step 2

Select My Account.

Step 3

Scroll down to the History section and select Tax Reported Prizes.

Step 4

Find the prize you’d like to download the W-2G Report for, then click VIEW.

Step 5

Review the prize details and then click VIEW W-2G FORM. The W-2G will be downloaded to your device, and you can view it from there.

Desktop Computer

Step 1

Select the person icon and then the My Account option from the corresponding menu and enter your New Hampshire iLottery account credentials.



Step 2

Select My Account.

Select Tax Reported Prizes.

Step 4

Find the prize you’d like to download the W-2G Report for, then click VIEW.

Review the prize details and then click VIEW W-2G FORM to download it.



Step 6

The W-2G will be downloaded to your device, and you can view it from there.
