How do I login on a new device?

Select the type of device you're using below for the proper guide:

• NH Lottery App 
• Mobile Web
• Desktop

NH Lottery app

Step 1

Click the account icon in the upper-right portion of your screen. 

Step 2

Fill in your NH Lottery account credentials and click “Sign In.”

Step 3

Select if you would like to receive your 2-Factor Identification code via Email or Text Message.

Step 4

Enter the 6-digit code you received in your registered email or phone number. Select “Sign in.”

Note: If you haven’t received a code within 60 seconds, select “Resend Code.”

Step 5

If your phone offers biometrics for login, you can choose to use that feature for faster login in the future. Here, we demonstrate with the iPhone Face ID. If you do not want to enable this feature, simply click “Maybe Later.”

Mobile Web

Step 1

Click the account icon in the upper-right portion of your screen. Select “Sign In” from the menu and enter your NH Lottery account credentials.

Step 2

Select if you would like to receive your 2-Factor Identification code via Email or Text Message.

Step 3

Enter the 6-digit code you received in your registered email or phone number. Select “Sign in.”

Note: If you haven’t received a code within 60 seconds, select “Resend Code.”

Desktop

Step 1

Click on “Sign In” in the upper right of your screen. Enter your NH Lottery account credentials, then select the account icon to expand the navigation menu.

Step 2

Select if you would like to receive your code via Email or Text Message.

Step 3

Enter the 6-digit code you received in your registered email or phone number. Then select “Sign in.”

Note: If you haven’t received a code within 60 seconds, select “Resend Code.”
