What do I do if I forgot my password?

Select the type of device you're using below for the proper guide:

  • Mobile Web and NH Lottery app
  • Desktop



Mobile Web and NH Lottery App

Step 1

 Sign in using the account icon in the upper-right portion of your screen. Select “Sign In” from the menu and enter your NH Lottery account credentials.

 

Step 2

Select “Forgot Password”. 

   

Step 3

Select if you would like to receive your 2-Factor Authentication code via Email or Text Message.

 


Step 4

If Text Message is selected, enter your email address and cell phone number registered with your NH Lottery account.

If Email is selected, enter your email address registered with your NH Lottery account.

 Select “CONTINUE.”

      

Step 5

Enter the 6-digit code you received in your registered email or phone number. Then, fill out your new password. Select “SUBMIT.”

Note: If you haven’t received a code within 60 seconds, select “Resend Code.”

  

Desktop

Step 1

Click on “Sign In” in the upper right of your screen. Enter your NH Lottery account credentials, then select the account icon to expand the navigation menu.

 


Step 2

Select “Forgot Password”. 

 

Step 3

Select if you would like to receive your 2-Factor Authentication code via Email or Text Message.

 


Step 4

If Text Message is selected, enter your email address and cell phone number registered with your NH Lottery account.

If Email is selected, enter your email address registered with your NH Lottery account.

 Select “CONTINUE.”

    


Step 5
