Step 5

Depending on the method you chose, you will either be asked to provide information on the form or log in to your Online Banking or PayPal account. Once you do, enter the amount you would like to withdraw and fill in the required information. Select “SUBMIT.”

Note: You can only withdraw winnings and in whole numbers. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.

Step 6

The first time you use a new withdrawal method, a two-factor authentication (2FA) email will be sent to the email associated with your iLottery account with a 6-digit code. Go to your email and locate the 6-digit code. Input the code into the field and click “SUBMIT.”

Note: If you do not receive the 2FA email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the code after waiting a few minutes, you can reach out to iLottery support via the chat button on the website or by calling 866-204-6954 ext. 6.

Step 7

For ACH – Bank Transfer only: If you chose a different payment method, you can skip this step.

You will be asked to upload additional documentation to prove account ownership required for ACH. You can either choose manual or automated processes for confirming your government ID.

If you choose automated, you will follow the steps to scan your ID. If the automated ID scan passes, you are finished. If the scan does not pass, you will need to manually upload the documents below. If you need help with the automated process, please follow the instructions here.

If you choose manual, you will need to upload a photo of a government-issued ID, driver’s license, or passport.

Note: If you did not complete the document upload step in your withdrawal, you can check the withdrawal request status and pick up where you left off. If you need to know how to check the withdrawal status, please follow these instructions.
