Select the type of device you're using below for the proper guide:

Mobile Web and NH Lottery App

Step 1

Sign in using the account icon in the upper-left portion of your screen. Select “Sign In” from the menu and enter your NH Lottery account credentials.

Step 2

Click the account icon to expand the menu, then select “Withdraw Funds."

Step 3

Review the statement about withdrawal and click “Withdraw Funds.

Step 4

Use the drop-down arrow to select which withdrawal method you would like to use. Please be aware that the first time you choose Online Banking, Venmo, or PayPal, you will be asked to log into the associated account to continue. We will demonstrate with Online Banking.

Note: If you want to use PayPal or Venmo for withdrawals you must first make a deposit using that method.

Step 5

Depending on the method you chose, you will either be asked to provide information on the form or log in to your Online Banking, Venmo, or PayPal account. Once you do, enter the amount you would like to withdraw and fill in the required information. Select “Submit.”

Note: You can only withdraw winnings and in whole numbers. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.

Step 6

The first time you use a new withdrawal method, a two-factor authentication (2FA) email will be sent to the email associated with your NH Lottery account with a 6-digit code. Go to your email and locate the 6-digit code. Input the code into the field and click “Submit.”

Note: If you do not receive the 2FA email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the code after waiting a few minutes, you can reach out to Customer Support via the chat button on the website or by calling 866-204-6954 ext. 6.

Step 7

If you have not previously provided identification for making a deposit or withdrawal, or the first time you use ACH for withdrawal, you will be asked to upload additional documentation to prove account ownership. You can either choose manual or automated processes for confirming your government ID.

If you choose automated, you will follow the steps to scan your ID. If the automated ID scan passes, you are finished. If the scan does not pass, you will need to manually upload the documents below. If you need help with the automated process, please follow the instructions here.

If you choose manual, you will need to upload a photo of your government-issued ID, driver’s license, or passport.

Note: If you did not complete the document upload step in your withdrawal, you can check the withdrawal request status and pick up where you left off. If you need to know how to check the withdrawal status, please follow these instructions.

Step 8

Once you see the REQUEST RECEIVED screen, your withdrawal has been submitted. Keep an eye out for an email confirmation, and in the meantime, select “Play Games” for more iLottery fun!
