What kind of device do I need to access the app?

To use the NH Lottery Mobile App, your device must meet the minimum software and hardware requirements listed below:

Apple (iPhone)

• Operating System: iOS 17 or newer
• Supported Devices: iPhone XR (released October 2018) and newer

 How to Check iOS Version:

1. Open the Settings app                
2. Tap General
3. Tap About
4. Look for the iOS Version near the top
5. If the IOS is not updated.
6. Check the software update and update it.

Android

• Operating System: Android 11 or newer
• Supported Devices: You can use the app on most smartphones made in the last 2–3 years, including:
  • Samsung (e.g., Galaxy S22, S21)
  • Google Pixel (e.g., Pixel 6, 7)
  • Motorola, LG, and other major manufacturers

 How to Check the Android Version:

1. Open the Settings app (tap the gear icon)
2. Scroll down and tap About Phone or About Device.
3. Look for Android Version.
4. Check for system updates and update it if necessary.
